For the dine-in customer, Chef Otto brings his skills to bear on a restaurant-level menu featuring brunch items, house-made muesli, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pastas, meats, desserts and beverages. Must-try's include the chef's own personal favourites of Grilled Fremantle Octopus Salad, Bircher Muesli, Beef Stroganoff Fettuccine, Pressed Beef Steak Ciabatta, and Braised Beef Cheeks. Not to be missed, too, are the grills of different cuts of beef, pork and lamb, because of the superb provenance of the meats. At a small premium, diners can opt to choose meats from the deli to be served at their table. Chef Otto also introduces his favourite lemonade and hot or iced Valrhona chocolate drink.
